Monthly Coaching Package
I offer a monthly coaching service which consists of 3 1 to 1 training sessions with unlimited support between sessions, the support will usually be via whatsapp but can be over phone call if that’s easier.
Why monthly coaching?
I found that there was a gap with the conventional model of 1to1 training sessions, and that was owners feeling too ‘left to it’ in between sessions. Often left unsure if they were executing the exercises properly or were progressing really quickly and needed to be given the next steps! This is why I developed monthly coaching. We can be in contact between sessions, we can voicenote, exchange videos and messages to really accelerate your progress.
